Flammable Penguins Games Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our players. Augmental Puzzles accesses your Meta platform User ID and Horizon username for the purpose of authenticating with Epic Online Services and displaying your name on leaderboards.

When you play on Meta Quest, we access the following data through Meta's Platform Features:
This data is processed by Epic Online Services (EOS) to provide cloud saves, statistics tracking, and leaderboard functionality. Your Meta User ID is used to authenticate your session with EOS.
If you make in-app purchases in Augmental Puzzles, transaction data is processed by the relevant platform provider (Meta, Steam, etc.). We do not store or have access to your payment information. We may receive confirmation of purchases to unlock content within the Game.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, based on our legitimate interest in operating our business and providing an engaging experience for our players:

We do not operate our own servers for online features. The Game integrates with third-party platform services that provide features like leaderboards, achievements, and online multiplayer.

For data held by platform providers (like Meta, Sony, or Valve), you must contact them directly to exercise your rights regarding data they control.

If you wish to request deletion of data associated with your Meta User ID or User Profile that we have processed through Epic Online Services, please contact us at delete@flammablepenguins.com with your Meta/Oculus username. We will process your request within 30 days.
You can object to our collection of data by uninstalling the Game.
If you have questions about your rights or our data practices, please contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection authority.
Our Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
